                                 6.OLAĞAN GENEL KURUL İLANI

  Yönetim kurulumuzun 04.03.2025 tarihli toplantısında alınan karar gereğince;

Düzce İli Arı Yetiştiricileri Birliğinin, 6. Olağan Genel Kurul toplantısı 07.04.2025 tarihinde PROF.DR. EROL GÜNGÖR KÜLTÜR MERKEZİ (Düzce Belediyesi Kültür Merkezi) saat:11:00’da aşağıdaki gündem maddeleriyle yapılacaktır.

  Çoğunluk sağlanamadığı takdirde Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısı 15.04.2025 tarihinde çoğunluk aranmaksızın aynı yer ve aynı saatte aynı gündemle yapılması oybirliği ile karar altına alınmıştır.

2. Genel Kurul Divan Teşekkülü, Saygı Duruşu ve İstiklal Marşının Okunması

3.2023-2024 yıllarına ait Yönetim Kurulu Faaliyet Raporlarının ve bilanço kar zarar  gelir tablosu  Okunması,Görüşülmesi

4.2023-2024 yıllarına ait denetim Kurulu Faaliyet Raporlarının Okunması, Görüşülmesi

5.2023-2024 yılına yönetim kurulu ve denetçilerin ibrası

6.2025-2026 yıllarına ait tahmini bütçe ve çalışma programlarının görüşülmesi

7. .Üye giriş ücretleri aidatları ve hizmet bedelinin görüşülmesi

8. Yönetim Kurulu Başkanına huzur hakkı verilmesi, Yönetim ve Denetim Kurulu Üyelerinin oturum ücretlerinin ve yolluk giderlerinin belirlenmesi

9. Birlik tarafından Bakanlıklar –Belediyeler Kamu ve tüzel kişilikler nezdinde uygulanacak proje ve hibelere başvurmak, proje uygulamak üzere Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi

10. Birlik Hizmet Binası  için  Arazi alım satımını yapmak . Banka ve finans Kuruluşlarından kredi çekmek ve borçlanmak üzere  Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi

11- Birlik aidatını ödemeyen ortakların ortaklıklarının düşürülmesinin görüşülmesi.

12. Birliğin; ortak, hissedar yahut bağlı ortaklık şeklinde bağı bulunan kurum, kuruluş, şirket yada projelerde hisse alım-satım, devir yada ortaklığı sonlandırma konusunda Yönetim Kuruluna yetki verilmesi,

13 Yönetim Kurulu üyeleri, Denetim Kurulu Üyeleri, Üst Birlik Üyelerinin seçimi

TÜBİTAK deneysel tıp uzmanı Doç. Dr. Oytun Erbaş, yarayı en iyi şekilde balın kapatacağını belirterek, “Bal anti mikroptur. Balı nereye damlatırsanız oradaki mikrobu öldürür.” dedi.

TÜBİTAK deneysel tıp uzmanı ve ARGE Laboratuvarı Kurucusu Doç. Dr. Oytun Erbaş, İçmeler Mahalesi’ndeki bir otelde düzenlenen “Arı Ürünleri, Apiterapi ve Apiturizm Semineri”nde, balın damar sertliğini önlediğini söyledi.

Arının çok sayıda faydası olduğunu belirten Erbaş, şunları kaydetti:

“Yarayı en şekilde bal kapatır. Bütün yaraların üstünü balla kapabilirsiniz. Bal anti mikroptur. Balı nereye damlatırsanız oradaki mikrobu öldürür. Bal ve bal ürünleri yaşlandırmayı geciktirir. Bal damar sertliği ve kansere karşı koruyucudur. Arı sütü, kadın ve erkeklerde üreme işlevleri ve çocuk sahibi olma olasılığını artırır. Polen, çocuklar için çok iyi bir protein kaynağıdır. Çocukların boyunun uzaması ve gelişiminde önemli rol oynar.”

Sofraların en önemli besinlerinden balın yararları saymakla bitmiyor. Antioksidanlar, mineraller ve vitaminler bakımından zengin olan bal; öksürükten cilt bakımına pek çok konuda yararlı

Bal, neredeyse insanlık tarihi kadar eski en tatlı şifa kaynağıdır. Balın oluşumundaki mucize bile, onu diğer besinlerden farklı kılmaya yetiyor. Ancak son yıllarda para kazanma hırsıyla gelen ticari kaygılar; sahte ya da katkılı bal üretimini ciddi bir şekilde artırdı. Bu durum, baldan beklenen faydanın elde edilememesinin yanı sıra çok daha ciddi sağlık problemlerine zemin hazırlıyor. Bu sebeple bal alırken, çok dikkatli olunması gerekiyor.
Amerika’da yayınlanan Food Safety News’e göre; ABD piyasasında satılan balların yüzde 75’i katkı maddesi içeriyor! Amerika Birleşik Devletleri ve farklı bazı ülkelerde; bal, piyasaya sürülmeden önce büyük çaplı bir filtrasyon (süzme) işleminden geçiriliyor. Bu işlem sırasında balı şifa kaynağı yapan en önemli içeriklerinden biri olan polen miktarı, ciddi oranda azalıyor. Dünyanın birçok ülkesinde kabul gören gıda güvenliği standartlarına bakıldığında polen miktarı bu oranda azaltılmış bal, teknik olarak bal sayılmıyor.

POLEN ÖNEMLİ
Polen, aynı zamanda balın geldiği yere ve üretim şartlarına dair ipuçlarını barındıran bir kaynaktır. Polen miktarı bu denli azaldığında, balın kaynağı hakkında bilgi edinilebilmesi de zorlaşıyor. 10 farklı eyalette bulunan market ve benzeri satış noktalarından rastgele toplanan yaklaşık 60 farklı marka ve ambalajdaki balın incelenmesi sonucu gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada toplanan örnekler, Texas Üniversitesi’ndeki uzmanlarca incelendi. İncelemeyi yapan uzmanlar; içeriğindeki azalan polen miktarı sebebiyle balın izlenebilirliğinin imkansız olduğunu ortaya çıkardı.
Balın maruz kaldığı bu filtrasyon işlemi, yüksek ısı gerektiren bir işlemdir ve bu denli yüksek ısı; balın içerisinde bulunan faydalı diğer maddelerin de kaybolmasına sebep olabilecek ölçüdedir.
Ancak bu ölçümler sizi korkutmasın. Bal alırken, doğal ürün marketlerinden, gerekli belge ve takip normlarına sahip markalardan ya da direkt üreticiden bal aldığınızda; tabiri caizse içi boşaltılmış bal almaktan korunabilirsiniz. Şeffaf şişelerde ambalajlanmış tamamen homojen yapıdaki ballar her zaman doğal bal aldığınız anlamına gelmez. Ülkemizde de sıklıkla satılan peteği ile yoğrulmuş kara kovan ballarında birtakım pürüzler olabilir. Bu; balın katkılı olduğu değil, aksine doğal olduğu anlamına gelebilir.

MUCİZEVİ BİR BESİN KAYNAĞI
Daha önce de dediğim gibi bal, neredeyse insanlık tarihi kadar eski bir şifa ve lezzet kaynağıdır. Tarihin önemli karakterlerinden biri olan Kleopatra’nın süt ve bal dolu küvetlerde yıkandığı ve güzelliğini buna borçlu olduğu efsanesini hepiniz duymuşsunuzdur. Yapılan araştırmalar; balın güzellik iksiri olmanın dışında, bağışıklık sistemini güçlendirdiğini ve sindirime yardımcı olduğunu gösteriyor.
